Dramatic White Rose Wedding at Metroplex Rogers

Photos by: Ashley Kimbrough Photography

There’s nothing more fabulous for a wedding than designing lush and full flowers! This look is the epitome of luxe and makes any day feel like a floral wonderland so I was so excited with Andrea and Antonio came to me to design their wedding wanting just that.

For Andrea’s bouquet, we used only the fluffiest of flowers in shades of white and cream—standard roses, spray roses, stock, lisianthus, and wax flower. We designed it in a dramatic cascade shape with fresh green foliage accenting the whole look. Combined with her amazing tiara and full dress, she looked like a princess! For her bridesmaids, we designed bouquets using coordinating flowers, but in a round shape to set them apart from the bride. Antonio’s bout featured two spray rose buds and accenting wax flower while his gromsmen’s featured one spray rose bud each.

For the reception, at the Metroplex Event Center, we decked out the 8 foot sweetheart table with a full, low and lush arrangement that trailed across the front. White hyndrangeas, stock, roses were the stars with dollar eucalyptus and Italian Ruscus rounding out the garland. As a finishing touch, we designed a dramatic white rose, lisianthus, and gypsophila cascade for the glorious Rick’s Bakery wedding cake. It was opulent and eyecatching, exactly what the couple wanted.
