Autumn Berry Wedding at Cooper Chapel

The colors of Autumn leaves and harvest are becoming neutrals to me. Although they’re inspired by golden leaves, round pumpkins, and auburn skies; I think they lend themselves to any season or wedding aesthetic. For their Fall wedding at Cooper Chapel, Colleen and Cole brought me photos of gorgeous blooms in shades of rust, burgundy, and blush. With their inspo, we designed a deep berries and cream dream—ideal for this gorgeous Autumn day.
For Colleen’s dramatic cascading bouquet, we used burgundy cymbidium orchids, eggplant scabiosa, and 3 different colors of roses: red, blush, and orange. To add that Fall harvest feeling, we used red kangaroo paw, blue eryngium, and chocolate Queen Anne’s Lace. To complement the bridesmaid’s taupe dresses, we designed circular versions of the bridal bouquet featuring tons of foliage. The boutonnieres featured red spray rose buds and accents of leucadendron.
For the ceremony, we designed 6 arrangements meant to evoke the cornucopia of Fall! Golden Mums, red spray roses, blush carnations, and blue eryngium accented agonis, dollar eucalyptus, and decorative faux leaves. They lined the aisles and framed the couple after the ceremony creating the most gorgeous photos!
For the reception at Cedar Lodge, we designed several low, compact centerpieces in gold compotes using orange mums, white roses, and purple scabiosa. Agonis, dollar eucalyptus, grevillea, and the faux leaves were artfully arranged along the main, long table; tall pillar candles intertwined the foliage.
