Stunning Blue Spring Wedding at Barn at the Springs
Photography: Stephanie Dunn King
A beautiful couple + spring blooms + a fresh blue color palette = a recipe for a stunning spring wedding. Blue flowers are more rare than any other color flower found in nature. For this reason, blue is not as commonly chosen as a primary wedding color. We loved the opportunity to highlight beautiful blue blooms.
For the bride’s bouquet, I used blue hydrangeas, blue delphinium, white calla lilies, a touch of gypsophilia, and foliage. The bridesmaid’s bouquets were simple and springy with blue hydrangeas and a touch of gypsophilia.
For the ceremony & reception, we arranged simple blue hydrangea vases; some were accented with yellow gerbera daisies for a fun pop of color. Check out the images below to see a gorgeous couple and beautiful blue flowers.
